Job Description

This role is primarily responsible for payroll processing, including maintaining accurate employee data, coordinating with departments for payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. It also supports HR services such as onboarding, contract management, social insurance handling, and employee engagement activities. Additionally, the role may perform other tasks as assigned to support overall HR operations

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Payroll processing (50%): 
-    Process and input employee data into the HR system
•    Enter new hire information (e.g., personal details, job title, salary)
•    Update changes related to promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, etc.
•    Ensure data accuracy and timely input to meet payroll deadlines
-    Manage and maintain HR master data
•    Regularly audit and update employee records in the system
•    Ensure data consistency and compliance with company policies and regulations
•    Coordinate with IT to resolve data/system issues
-    Prepare and generate payroll reports
•    Consolidate the monthly payroll data report
•    Support external reporting for tax, insurance, and audit purposes
-    Coordinate payroll processing
•    Work with relevant departments to collect necessary payroll inputs
•    Assist in calculating salaries, benefits, and deductions accurately
-    Ensure compliance and confidentiality
•    Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation data
•    Support internal and external audits related to payroll


HR Service (40%):
-    Provide onboarding guidance for new hires
-    Monitor probationary periods
-    Manage labor contracts (employment contracts)
-    Guide employees on insurance programs and handle claim payment
-    Handle and report Social Insurance (SHUI) matters
-    Implement offboarding process
-    Support in organizing Employee Engagement activities


Other (10%):
-    Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager based on business requirements.

Job Required Skills And Qualifications

-    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–2 years of experience in HR, especially in C&B is a plus. Experience in a hospital setting is an advantage  
-    Strong understanding of C&B, HR processes, and policies between the different HR functions in a company.
-    Good knowledge of Vietnam Labor Code
-    Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (a must)
-    Ability to work independently
-    Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-    Result and people-oriented
-    Regularly update labor law and make sure that all HR service are complying.
